Sunrise Limousine Service Agreement

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how website use, transportation requests, confirmed reservations, pricing, changes, passenger conduct, service conditions, and disputes are handled.

Effective date: July 18, 2026 Website: sunriselimousine.com Contact: info@sunriselimousine.com
RequestA form submission is not a booking

A reservation becomes binding only after Sunrise Limousine sends confirmation and any required payment is completed.

Trip termsYour confirmation controls the trip

Review the vehicle, passenger count, route, schedule, price, payment, cancellation, and waiting terms before accepting.

ChangesTell us before the scheduled service

Added stops, time, passengers, luggage, equipment, or route changes can affect availability and price.

Please read these terms before using the website or accepting a reservation. A written quote or reservation confirmation may contain trip-specific terms. If a trip-specific term conflicts with this page, the written confirmation controls for that reservation unless applicable law requires a different result.

01

Acceptance and eligibility

By using sunriselimousine.com, submitting a transportation request, accepting a quote, making a payment, or using a confirmed service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

You must have legal authority to make the reservation and accept these terms for yourself and every passenger or organization covered by the booking. If you reserve for another person, group, company, or event, you are responsible for communicating the applicable trip terms to them.

02

Reservation requests and confirmation

A website form, email, telephone inquiry, estimate request, or other initial communication is only a request. It does not reserve a vehicle, chauffeur, route, date, or pickup time.

A reservation is confirmed only after Sunrise Limousine sends written or electronic confirmation and any stated deposit, authorization, or payment requirement is satisfied. Vehicle and chauffeur availability can change until confirmation is issued.

  • Check the passenger name, telephone number, service date, pickup time, addresses, stops, destination, passenger count, luggage, vehicle category, and return details.
  • Report an error as soon as it is found. A requested correction remains subject to availability.
  • Keep a reachable mobile contact available before and during service.
03

Quotes, charges, and payment

A quote is based on the information available when it is prepared, including route, date, time, passenger count, vehicle, duration, planned stops, airport or venue access, and requested services. A quote expires at the time stated in the communication or when availability changes.

The reservation confirmation should identify the price or pricing method and any known deposit, waiting, overtime, parking, toll, airport, venue, cleaning, damage, additional-stop, or other charge that applies. Optional additions requested after confirmation may change the total.

Payment timing, accepted method, authorization, deposit, and refund terms are stated in the quote or confirmation. The customer authorizes charges that were disclosed and accepted, along with later charges caused by approved additions or passenger-caused damage when supported by the reservation terms and applicable law.

04

Changes, cancellations, and no-shows

Change and cancellation terms depend on the confirmed vehicle, service date, trip type, event, route, and notice period. The policy stated in the quote or reservation confirmation applies to that booking.

  • Submit a change or cancellation through the contact method shown in the confirmation.
  • A change is accepted only after Sunrise Limousine confirms it.
  • Added time, stops, distance, passengers, luggage, equipment, or vehicles may require a new price.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged as stated in the accepted confirmation.

If the contact person or passengers cannot be located at the confirmed pickup point, the trip may be treated as a no-show after the stated waiting period and reasonable contact attempts.

05

Pickup details, timing, and waiting

The customer must provide a complete pickup address, accessible meeting point, correct date and time, working telephone number, destination, and any known terminal, gate, hotel, venue, loading-zone, permit, or security instructions.

Pickup and arrival times are planning estimates affected by road conditions, traffic, weather, closures, venue controls, passenger readiness, and other circumstances. Passengers should be ready at the confirmed meeting point before the scheduled time and allow a suitable travel margin for flights, appointments, ceremonies, shows, and other fixed deadlines.

Airport pickups

Provide the airline, flight number, arrival airport, arrival date, passenger contact, and luggage details. Flight monitoring can assist planning but does not replace accurate information or guarantee immediate curb access.

06

Passenger responsibilities and conduct

The person making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of passengers covered by the booking. Passengers must follow lawful chauffeur instructions and vehicle safety rules.

  • Seat belts must be used when provided and required.
  • Passenger count cannot exceed the lawful or configured seating capacity.
  • Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, unlawful activity, harassment, violence, threats, and dangerous conduct are prohibited.
  • Alcohol possession or consumption must comply with applicable law and any vehicle-specific restriction.
  • Passengers must not distract the chauffeur, obstruct vehicle operation, damage property, or create an unsafe condition.

Service may be refused or ended when conduct creates a safety, legal, or property risk. Charges or refunds in that situation are governed by the confirmation and applicable law.

07

Baggage, equipment, and personal property

Disclose all suitcases, carry-ons, mobility devices, strollers, child seats, instruments, sports equipment, presentation cases, decorations, and oversized items before confirmation. Advertised passenger seating does not guarantee room for every passenger and item.

Items must fit safely within designated storage areas and cannot block aisles, doors, windows, safety equipment, or chauffeur visibility. Hazardous, illegal, leaking, improperly packaged, or unsafe items may be refused.

Passengers should inspect the vehicle before leaving and keep valuables with them when possible. Report lost property promptly. Any recovery, storage, shipping, or delivery arrangement may involve a reasonable charge disclosed before the item is returned.

08

Vehicles, substitutions, and transportation partners

Vehicle images and descriptions show representative categories. Color, model year, interior layout, features, seating arrangement, and cargo space can differ unless the written confirmation guarantees a particular detail.

If the confirmed vehicle becomes unavailable because of maintenance, safety, mechanical, operational, or scheduling conditions, Sunrise Limousine may offer a comparable vehicle, a larger suitable vehicle, more than one vehicle, a transportation partner, a revised schedule, or another reasonable option.

When a transportation partner is used, trip information may be shared as needed to perform the service. The partner may be subject to its own legally required operating terms while Sunrise Limousine remains responsible only to the extent stated in the confirmation and required by law.

09

Delays, disruptions, and events outside control

Sunrise Limousine plans service using the confirmed itinerary and information reasonably available at the time. Exact travel or arrival time cannot be guaranteed when affected by traffic, crashes, weather, flooding, road work, closures, police activity, security restrictions, airport or venue rules, public events, passenger delay, mechanical issues, labor disruption, government action, or another event outside reasonable control.

When practical, the team may adjust routing, timing, meeting points, vehicles, or service arrangements. The customer must communicate a fixed deadline and allow a reasonable travel margin. Remedies for a disruption are limited to those required by law and any written commitment in the reservation confirmation.

10

Accessibility, mobility items, and child seats

Disclose a mobility request, wheelchair or scooter, transfer need, service animal, child-seat request, or other accommodation before confirmation. Provide the dimensions and weight of large mobility equipment when requested so vehicle and storage suitability can be reviewed.

Child restraint requirements depend on the passenger, vehicle, route, and applicable law. The customer must provide accurate child age, size, and restraint information. A requested seat or accessible vehicle remains subject to confirmation and availability.

11

Website use and intellectual property

You may use this website for lawful personal or business transportation inquiries. You must not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse forms, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, or use the site for fraud or unlawful activity.

Website text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, and other original materials are owned by Sunrise Limousine or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No ownership right transfers through website use.

Third-party links are provided for convenience. Sunrise Limousine does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or terms.

12

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep information accurate, but website content may contain errors or become outdated. Vehicle and service availability must be confirmed directly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sunrise Limousine is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from website use or transportation service, including a missed flight, appointment, event, reservation, income opportunity, or other downstream loss caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes non-waivable. Any monetary limitation stated in a reservation confirmation applies only when lawful.

13

Questions, disputes, and applicable law

Contact Sunrise Limousine promptly if a charge, service detail, or trip outcome is disputed. Provide the reservation name, service date, confirmation reference, relevant messages, and a clear description of the requested resolution.

The parties should first attempt to resolve the issue through direct written communication. Applicable law, court authority, and available dispute procedures depend on the place of service, the customer’s location, the company’s legal location, and any enforceable term stated in the confirmed agreement.

If one part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a term once does not waive the right to enforce it later.

14

Changes to these terms

Sunrise Limousine may revise these Terms & Conditions when services, website features, business practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current published version.

Terms accepted with a confirmed reservation continue to govern that reservation unless the customer and Sunrise Limousine agree to a change or applicable law requires another result.

Questions about these terms

Contact Sunrise Limousine before confirming a reservation if a price, fee, cancellation rule, passenger requirement, vehicle detail, or service condition is unclear.
